PR steward (a PR watcher that escalates to the parent)

The procedure for a parent agent that keeps the implementation and design context, and hands trivial follow-up on the PR (lint, format, obvious type errors, a one-off fix the log states explicitly, and the like) to a steward (a subagent or a dedicated light run).

This is not handing the whole PR to another Cloud Agent the way /autopilot does. Receive events with subscribe or an equivalent wait, fix only what you can fix yourself, and send the rest back to the parent.

When to use

• After the parent has opened a PR, you want to keep handling red CI, bot comments, and light review comments, without putting long logs or repeated fixes into the parent's conversation
• You want a cheaper model or an isolated context to watch the PR, and to wake the parent only when judgment is required

Do not use it for:

• The implementation and design themselves, before the PR is opened (the parent's job)
• Merge, rebase, force-push, or approving a protected branch
• A request to automatically reply to a human reviewer or resolve a thread (the steward goes as far as organizing material for the parent. A public comment is decided by the parent or the user)
