Compose and run the user's selected operator workflow. The sim/teleop processing chain is an optional template. Agent orchestration uses CLI commands. The optional Web backend uses the Python SDK for platform queries and confirmed within-step task creation; the browser calls local HTTP APIs.

Reading the asset skill early does not authorize importing before these steps. Uploading creates an input asset; it does not turn this run's original source_type: local into asset, or make its upload step skipped. Only assets already supplied for reuse at the start of this run qualify for that not-applicable state.
