Language Settings Skill
Manage user language preferences for the health management system. Supports Chinese (zh-CN) and English (en).
Core Flow
User Input -> Parse Operation -> [set] Update preferred language -> Save
-> [get] Read current settings -> Display
-> [auto] Enable/disable auto-detection -> Save
