Create branch names that answer:

What work is this branch for?

Use type/description as the default shape. Optimize for readable branch lists, review pages, CI filters, ticket traceability, shell safety, and valid Git refs.

Operating Contract

When the user only asks for a branch name, output only the branch name.

Create or switch branches only when the user explicitly asks to create, switch, checkout, rename, or move a branch. Do not push, fetch, delete, force-reset, merge, rebase, stash, or set upstream unless explicitly asked.
