Warp Route Deploy Preflight Check

You are checking whether a deployer wallet has sufficient funds (gas + collateral tokens) before deploying a new warp route.

Input

The user provides:

• Linear ticket URL or ID (required, e.g. ENG-3516)
• Deployer address (required, e.g. 0xabc...)

If either is missing, ask for them before proceeding.
