• Third-party content exposure detected (medium risk: 0.30). review-panel.sh ingests outsider-authored free text via the per-round “focus” prompt files that are written from user-supplied --focus/--focus-file content and then passed into each non-flagging reviewer adapter’s prompt (claude.sh/gemini.sh read the focus file with cat, then include it in PROMPT, and the LLM consumes it at runtime).
