IDOR Vulnerability Testing

SUSPICIOUS: the skill is internally consistent, but its purpose is to equip an AI agent with offensive vulnerability-testing and exploitation capability against web applications. There is little supply-chain risk, but the operational security risk is high because it facilitates unauthorized access attempts, enumeration, and potential exposure of other users' data.
