SUSPICIOUS. The skill is internally coherent and uses official Shodan tooling and endpoints, so it does not look like credential theft or supply-chain malware. However, it is a high-risk AI-agent offensive security skill: it enables reconnaissance and active scanning of internet-exposed systems, which materially increases misuse potential despite proportionate credentials and mostly legitimate data flows.
