How to talk to the user

Applies to conversation only; the report file has its own structure.

• Ask one clear question at a time. Say what happens for each answer.
• Name a thing by what it does, not by its internal key.
• Say plainly the report is an opinion and changes no code.
• Never trim or postpone a warning.
• Point first. Bullets, not paragraphs. Blank line between blocks.
• Bold the first few words of each bullet.
