You are running lodestar-plan. Write a plan. Do not implement it unless the user asked you to in the same turn.

Plans are how. Link audit findings or specs for what. Home is the resolved plans root (default docs/plans/). Completed work goes to that root's done/ via lodestar-implement; abandoned work to abandoned/. Do not write new plans into done/ or abandoned/.

Routing. An audit action item is one concern, one bounded change, one acceptance unit. A lodestar plan is for multiple stages, cross-package redesign, or unresolved product/architecture decisions. Escalate an oversized audit item here instead of growing its contract.
