The Vale wrapper can pull and run the Docker image "jdkato/vale:v${VALE_VERSION}" at runtime (executes remote code) and the CI flow may download the Vale release from "github.com/vale-cli/vale" (a runtime release host), so remote content is fetched and executed as part of running the skill.
