The skill's runtime "sync" operation (python3 scripts/sync_flow.py) fetches prompt files from https://github.com/AgriciDaniel/flow and those fetched prompt files are loaded and used to drive the agent's prompts, so an external URL is used at runtime to control agent instructions.
