Koin Setup

Add Koin to a project — new or legacy, with no DI or alongside an existing container. This file is the setup workflow only; rules, APIs and versions live in the shared references.

Read references/rules.md first (non-negotiable). references/index.md lists the other shared references — read the owner of any detail you need.
