• Direct money access detected (high risk: 1.00). The SKILL.md is a test framework for blockchain "intelligent contracts" and exposes VM cheatcodes that explicitly manipulate native currency and account balances. Examples include setting the transaction native value (direct_vm.value, with a 1 ETH example) and directly setting account balances (direct_vm.deal). These are specific crypto/blockchain test APIs that can move or assign funds within the VM context and therefore constitute direct financial execution capability.
