[SAFE]: The skill's primary function is to automate the creation of skill directories and SKILL.md files within the .agent/skills/ path. This is a legitimate development workflow tool.
[COMMAND_EXECUTION]: While the skill instructions describe creating directories and files, these are standard filesystem operations intended for environment configuration and do not involve execution of arbitrary shell commands or untrusted binaries.
[DATA_EXPOSURE_AND_EXFILTRATION]: No sensitive data access, hardcoded credentials, or network operations were detected. The skill only interacts with local project paths for skill scaffolding.
