The code implements ordinary Prisma middleware patterns and contains no clear malware or supply-chain attack behavior. The main security concerns are possible recursive audit logging, sensitive data retention in audit records, incomplete field masking, and cache or tenant-isolation weaknesses that could expose data if used in a multi-tenant or authorization-sensitive application. These issues should be corrected before production use, particularly by excluding AuditLog from auditing, minimizing/redacting audit data, scoping cache keys by tenant and authorization context, and applying masking and tenant checks to all relevant result and operation shapes.
