Use this skill to create, test, improve, package, and maintain Claude Code and Codex skills.

The default loop is:

1. Understand the intended skill boundary.
2. Draft or edit SKILL.md.
3. Create realistic eval prompts.
4. Run the skill and an appropriate baseline.
5. Grade, aggregate, and show the user the viewer.
6. Improve from feedback and repeat.
7. Optionally optimize the frontmatter description and package the skill.

If the user only wants brainstorming, skip evals and act as a design partner. If the user already has a draft, start at validation, evals, or iteration.
