When to use

• Operator runs /jackin-dev:brainstorm <slug> to design an open roadmap item.

When NOT to use

• Creating the item → /jackin-dev:propose.
• Large external/codebase investigation → /jackin-dev:research.
• Implementing → /goal Implement <slug>.md.
