Universal post-action validation — launches parallel subagents using the current session model to cross-check whatever artifact was just produced. Works on any output: tasks dossier, code changes, plan, spec, workshop, or any structured document.

This version is thesis-aware: validation must understand the artifact's raison d'être, the value claim it is supposed to advance, the proof level it is expected to reach, and the evidence required to make that claim credible.

This skill is the automated equivalent of asking 3 senior engineers to review your work in parallel. Each agent has a different lens. They use whatever model is currently powering the session so validation quality tracks the active environment. Results are synthesized and actionable fixes applied immediately.

Validation is not only a correctness check. It is a thesis check.

The validator must understand the reason the artifact exists, the value it is supposed to create, the proof level it is expected to reach, and the evidence required to make that claim credible.

An artifact can be syntactically correct, internally consistent, and still fail validation if it does not advance the thesis it was created to serve.
