Use this skill to capture a single MCP failure as a report under reports/. Use the latest relevant interaction unless the user points to a specific call.

MISSION: Produce a single Markdown bug report for the latest MCP interaction (or a user-specified one). Keep an exact 1-to-1 mapping between the structure below and the report: every section in this order, with no extra top-level sections. The Calls and responses section must be a raw JSON trace of each request and response, with redaction only.
