Build applications through Jam-UI's capabilities and extend its supported abstractions when requirements expose a gap. Use the installed skill's own resources; no particular checkout, operating system path or business-component library is required.

Start and route

1. Read LEARNED.md. Discover the task's repository, installed framework/runtime version and applicable project instructions.
2. Identify context from source/package evidence: application consumption, theme authoring, or Jam-UI framework development. Framework work changes owning source modules and follows that repository's tests and architecture; app-directory scaffolding and generated app instructions apply only to application setup.
3. Select the requested abilities below. Combine them within the authorized task; a design-only, explanation or review request does not authorize implementation.
4. Load the reference map, then only the owning topics needed for the task. Prefer current source/runtime evidence when it differs from the bundled reference baseline in version.json.
5. Execute the relevant completion checks. Separate static validation, runtime evidence and unverified assumptions.
