Analyze Risks
Announce at start: "Using the analyze-risks skill for ISO 14971 risk analysis."
Preconditions
- You are in a change worktree (
worktree-discipline). The change is integrated withmerge-change. - The risk management ledger is
doc_rmfin.guardrails/config.yaml. Update it as the analysis proceeds, not at the end. - Find existing hazards and controls with
.guardrails/scripts/find-items.sh list --kind HAZ --kind RC, read each one you need withfind-items.sh show ID, and find what cites an item withfind-items.sh refs ID. Read the RMF whole only when these do not answer the question. - New HAZ and RC items and new derived assessments go into this change's own
file,
docs/risk/<YYYY-MM-DD>-<slug>.md, dated the day you create it. Amend an existing item in the dated file that defines it.
