County Variant Detector
Purpose
Detect and catalog county/regional office-specific HTML variations. California has 58 counties with potentially different HTML templates, field labels, and formats.
Why Needed?
Regional offices may use different:
- HTML templates
- Field labels (e.g., "LICENSING EVALUATOR" vs "LICENSING PROGRAM ANALYST")
- Date formats
- Table structures
Understanding variants helps pattern learning generate better skills.
