Purpose

Extract visit-level metadata from the inspection report header section. This data populates the visits table and provides context for all citations in the report.

When to Use

• Processing raw HTML from CCLD inspection reports
• Building the visits table in the extraction pipeline
• Need visit date, type, times, and facility capacity data
