Pathfind
Optional Layer 0 for multi-session work still wrapped in fog: chart a decision map
on the configured tracker (or local .skills/pathfind/<effort>/), then Work one
decision ticket at a time until the destination is reachable.
User-invoked only. Agents name /pathfind for the user; they never auto-start a map.
Plan-don't-do: output is decisions and pointers, not production deliverables.

knowns package. Reuse them; do not invent parallel jargon.
Modes: Chart (loose idea → map) · Work (map → one ticket).
