Reimbursement Audit

In March 2025 Amazon changed how it values reimbursements: instead of selling-price basis, it pays manufacturing cost basis unless the seller submits their own cost evidence. Sellers who do not submit cost docs lose up to 60 percent of what they used to recover. This skill builds the claim packet that actually gets paid.

When to use this

• Units lost or damaged in the warehouse and never reimbursed.
• A refund processed for a customer but the unit was not returned, or returned damaged.
• Old reimbursement habits that no longer match the 2025 policy.
