Purpose
Create visual process models that capture how work flows through a system involving multiple actors, decisions, and parallel activities. Process models reveal the structure of a workflow in a way that text descriptions cannot -- they make handoffs, decision points, bottlenecks, and parallel paths visible at a glance.
This is not about modeling object states (see skills/state-modeling/SKILL.md) or data structures (see skills/data-modeling/SKILL.md). Process models focus on the flow of work across actors and activities.
