• Stock: user wants to clone, add, refresh, store, or keep repo(s) as reference material. Instructions in references/stock.md.
• Consult: user or task needs a quick insight or answer from already-stocked repos. Instructions in references/consult.md.
• Research: user wants an in-depth report, note, or document produced from stocked repos and saved under <library-root>/reports/. Instructions in references/research.md.
