Core Workflow

1. Identify source asset, audience, platforms, content rights, and reuse goal.
2. Extract moments with clear hook, standalone context, payoff, and visual or audio viability.
3. Turn each moment into short-form script, clip note, caption, title, and CTA.
4. Preserve accuracy and avoid removing context that changes meaning.
5. Add editing notes: timestamps, b-roll, subtitles, on-screen text, and aspect ratio needs.
6. Create a repurposing plan by platform and priority.
