Synthetic Character Bible

Core Workflow

  1. Identify the character purpose, audience, platform, creator relationship, human/fictional status, commercial context, and approval owner.
  2. Define character identity, role, voice, visual language, continuity rules, backstory boundaries, content lanes, and what the character must not claim.
  3. Add disclosure, authenticity, likeness, voice, rights, provenance, sponsor, platform-policy, safety, and audience-trust guardrails.
  4. Separate fictional details from real facts, creator claims, sponsor claims, medical/legal/financial claims, and audience data.
  5. Define review gates for scripts, generated assets, comments, sponsor use, sensitive topics, and public corrections.
  6. Keep the bible as a planning artifact. Do not create accounts, publish assets, impersonate real people, or claim the character is human unless the context and review owner explicitly require a lawful disclosure-aware path.
