Build the property story

Inventory exterior, arrival, entry, main living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, details, and outlook. Note time of day, camera direction, floor or zone, movement quality, and strongest reveal in each shot.

Choose a narrative appropriate to the footage:

• arrival to interior to view for a spatial tour;
• hero feature first, then supporting spaces for a short reel;
• lifestyle rhythm built from light, texture, amenities, and surroundings;
• architectural progression from scale to craftsmanship to final outlook.
