Ticket to PR
Activation
This is an explicit, opt-in workflow. Invoke ticket-to-pr through the
harness's native skill-command mechanism and pass one ticket as its arguments.
Skill command syntax is host-specific; this skill does not assume or define a
portable slash or sigil prefix.
When the harness expands the command, it supplies the invocation arguments alongside this skill. Treat those supplied arguments as the ticket and proceed—do not require the original command text to still be present.
Do not infer invocation from intent or wording. If this skill was not explicitly invoked, do not create or modify branches, commits, pushes, or pull requests.
Keep this skill active for that ticket only until its pull request is created.
