When to Use

• User has a vague idea ("build me a dashboard")
• Requirements doc has gaps or contradictions
• Before greenfield design or major redesign
• User explicitly asks to be grilled, challenged, or questioned
• Stakeholder brief needs hardening before handoff to build skills

Do not use when the user has a complete, unambiguous spec and wants execution only.
