The Consistent Beliefs Framework

Take technology beliefs to their logical conclusion and build for that end state:

1. Identify your core belief about where technology is heading
2. Ask: "If this is true, what does the world look like in 5 years?"
3. Evaluate competitors: Are they building for that end state or incrementally improving?
4. Build for the extreme version of your belief
