Explain Like I'm Five

Turn the subject already under discussion into a small, accurate mental model. The user is an adult asking for clarity, not a child. Be warm and direct without baby talk, fake cheerfulness, or condescension.

Start with the context

Resolve what to explain in this order:

1. The subject named after the skill invocation.
2. The user's current selection, attachment, quoted text, or referenced artifact.
3. The single most recent substantive subject in the visible conversation.
4. If none of those identifies a subject, ask exactly one focused question: "What would you like me to explain simply?"
