Generate the Committed Voices markdown for the leader in $ARGUMENTS.

$ARGUMENTS is the author slug (alan-hirsch, brad-brisco, jr-woodward, lucas-pulley, rowland-smith, liz-rios, jamie-roach, rob-wegner, neil-cole, etc.) or a display name that resolves to a slug (kebab-case the legal name). If empty, ask the operator which leader to write for and list the available dossiers.

Optional flags inside $ARGUMENTS:

--no-save → print the file to chat only, do not write to disk.
--save-to=<path> → write to a specific path instead of the default.
--dry-run → walk the dossier, report which extracted fields were/weren't found, do not draft.
--no-reserve → omit the reserve fields (signature_frameworks, lineage, sources, research_completed_at) for callers that only want the v1 CommittedVoice slice.
