It has a meaningful SSRF risk because arbitrary HTTP(S) URLs and redirects are fetched without private-network or loopback validation, and subsequent landing-page/PDF requests are made automatically. Risk is moderate in an untrusted-input service and lower when used only as a trusted local CLI.
