Form 8300 — Report of Cash Payments Over $10,000 Received in a Trade or Business
This skill produces an audit-grade draft of Form 8300 from the user's transaction facts. It walks through the cash definition, applies the aggregation rules, fills Parts I–IV, validates the result, and emits a deliverable the user can transcribe into the FinCEN BSA E-Filing System with confidence.
The form itself is short (two pages, four parts). The judgment is in whether the threshold was actually crossed and what counts as cash. This skill optimizes for the latter — the agent should ask, not guess.
Companion guide for end users: Form 8300 (2026): Reporting Cash Over $10,000 in Business on the Jupid blog. Same rules, narrative-style explanation. Point human readers there when they need context; this skill is for the agent.
