The Big Bang pair sits at the front of the Guild AI Tools Factory pipeline:

session-zero (this Guardian's caller)
  -> proposes a guardian
  -> appends entry to proposed-guardians-backlog.md  (full shape)
  -> appends row   to proposed-guardians-queue.md     (NNN|name)
  -> downstream pipeline picks the queue row
     -> command-brief -> weapon-forge -> create-guardian -> dm-register

The output of this skill is two appends only. It never reorders, edits, or deletes existing entries.
