Foam-Agent run history: the run ledger

The MCP server records every simulation in runs/ledger.md as a mechanical side effect of the run lifecycle — resolve_case_dir inserts a planned row, run_case and its background counterpart start_case/case_status (and the SLURM submit/status pair) flip it through running → done/debugging and stamp the physics verdict; execution mode is invisible in the record. Nobody does bookkeeping: not you, not the user. This skill is about reading that record well and using the one sanctioned write.
