Slab stickers moving on real animation keys. kit/motions.ts holds presets written as After Effects keyframes (values, influence handles, spatial tangents, a baked spring), and kit/fun.ts interpolates them the way lottie-web does: per segment cubic bezier from the influence handles, arc length position paths. No Lottie player, no dependency. A new icon is new drawing on those exact keys.
