Spine Clawpatch

Treat a plain request to run Clawpatch as authorization for the complete local campaign. An explicitly narrower request such as review-only or setup-only wins.

At startup, compare the effective project configuration, including model overrides, with the current Spine model recommendations. Point out differences and ask before switching; respect models the user has already explicitly chosen.

Before a campaign, confirm all of these project-local files are usable:

• an exact clawpatch 0.7.2 development dependency;
• the tracked PNPM patch that enables reasoningEffort: "max";
• clawpatch.config.json and a canonical manual feature map; and
• the repository's feature-map validator and focused validation commands.
