Babysit a PR

When to use

• There's an open PR and the user wants it shepherded to green.
• The user finished work on a branch and wants a PR opened and then shepherded.
• A subagent that opens a PR doesn't babysit it; it returns to the parent, which decides.

GitHub access

Use the REST API only: gh api repos/OWNER/REPO/..., where OWNER/REPO is the last two path segments of git remote get-url origin. Claude Code cloud sessions reject GraphQL, so never use gh pr, gh issue, gh repo view, or gh api graphql.
