• Third-party content exposure detected (medium risk: 0.30). In bin/triage.dart, the runtime calls fetchPrGraphQLData(context) which uses a GitHub GraphQL query to read outsider-authored PR review comment bodies and thread comments (comments.body and reviewThreads.comments.body), then formats and prints them in the triage report.
