When to use this skill
Activate this skill when the user asks a straightforward technical question,
requests a quick clarification, asks for a TL;DR explanation, or uses the short
prefix qq.
Examples of trigger phrases:
- "qq..." / "qq: ..."
- "Quick question..."
- "TL;DR on..."
- "Just real quick..."
