Android and Expo reference library
Use the same cross-platform source set as the iOS workflows, then verify the current Android and Google Play requirement that affects the user's specific build. Android API levels, policy forms, billing requirements, and testing gates can change independently of Expo.

Never claim that a historical target API, testing threshold, billing version, or review rule remains current without live verification.
