Interactive Pull Request Feedback

Help the pull request author respond to incoming review feedback. Establish whether each concern still applies, present evidence, and let the user decide what to do.

This is feedback handling, not a fresh review of the entire pull request.

Input and scope

Accept a GitHub or Azure DevOps pull request URL.

If the target is missing or ambiguous, request it through structured user input. Do not infer a pull request from the current branch.

Honor restrictions such as a particular reviewer, thread, file, or concern.

By default, examine unresolved human review threads. Use resolved threads only when needed for context. Do not treat automated check output as review feedback unless the user includes it.
