Code Generation Reporting

Purpose

Generate ONE consolidated summary of everything the Coding Agent produced. This replaces the legacy CODE_GENERATION.md + TEST_GENERATION.md + Storybook handoff with a single file.

⚠️ This is the only document the Coding Agent produces. Source files, stories and tests are implementation artefacts, not reports.

⚠️ THIS DOCUMENT IS A LIVING RECORD

The summary does not stop being true when code generation ends. Every later defect fix updates it in place, so sections 1–12 keep describing the code as it currently is.
