The vault's references/ folder accumulates dozens of notes a day — YouTube summaries, article clips, event recaps. Some of it is genuine time-sensitive news (what moved markets, what launched, what happened); much of it is evergreen-but-valuable (a sharp op-ed, a tool review, a tutorial, an investing-strategy breakdown). Both deserve a place — but handled differently. This skill synthesizes the news into rewritten, integrated stories (so a week later you get a richer picture than any single note), and indexes the knowledge content as categorized links (so nothing valuable is silently dropped), without reopening 50 notes.
