Repo Wiki — Ingest Workflow

Polymorphic input dispatch into the knowledge base. The .repo-wiki/ directory is owned entirely by repo-wiki skills. Source layer (src/**) is immutable — never modify code files.

Prerequisite Check

Read .repo-wiki/index.md. If it does not exist:

Knowledge base not initialized. Run /repo-wiki:init first.

Exit cleanly.
